Winchester’s Book Club for Book Lovers

We are very excited to announce The Book Group, a collaboration with local author Claire Fuller. Claire has gathered published authors to join us over the course of the next twelve months at Cabinet Rooms as part of a stimulating programme of ‘Cabinet Meetings’ for book lovers. The series will alternate between ‘Meet the Author’ sessions, where you will hear the authors read from their works and answer any questions you may have about their craft, and ‘The Book Discussion’ where you will have the opportunity for lively debate about a book selected by the previous month’s author along their chosen theme.

While many book clubs focus on drinking wine (which we also enjoy very much!), books are the main attraction at the Book Group. We’ll only be providing good company and a few nibbles, meaning you can purchase whatever you’d like to drink from the bar – be it a cocktail or a Horlick’s – to enjoy with your discussion!

Sign up for one or all of the sessions now and don’t miss out on what promises to be an entertaining and enlightening social event. Click the ‘Join Us’ link below.
